DIRECTIONS
From Bideford take the A39 to Hartland, going straight over at the Clovelly Cross roundabout. Continue on this road for a further three miles proceed through the ‘S’ bends and take the turning on the right signposted ‘Baxworthy Corner B3248’. After approximately one mile, at the sharp right hand bend turn left. Continue for approximately two miles and at ‘Tosberry Cross’ turn right signposted ‘Stoke/Hartland Quay’ and after a short distance bear left towards ‘Edistone/Elmscott’. At the ‘T’ junction turn right signposted ‘Hartland/Bideford’ and take the first left. Continue on this road and at the converted Chapel turn left where the land will be found after approximately half a mile on the left hand side.
