Property description
Fancy rubbing shoulders with the rich and famous? This spacious, bright three bedder sits in a landmark riverside development within the borough of Chelsea and Kensington. You're within a walk of all salubrious attractions of London's most sought after area. The Thames and it's magic path and endless social amenities is right over the road - you literally couldn't beg for a better spot. Inside you're treated to decent sized rooms, plenty of storage and a balcony with leafy outlook. Come have a peek - we're sure you won't leave without making it your new city pad.
After a laid back stroll along the deservedly famous River Thames you'll enter the building at ground floor level where upon a lift will whisk you upward to the fourth floor. The inner hall has access to a handy storage room - great for the Dyson, brollies, ironing board and cleaning products. Upward to the next floor you find a long landing. Two of your double bedrooms face the far side of the development - they're bright, airy and pleasant. The third bedroom spies over the balcony and has fitted storage. A further deep storage point off the hall supplies more mess concealment. The wc and bathroom have been kept separate to help aid successful morning ablutions. Last but not least is a huge living space spanning a width of six metres. You'll enjoy comfortable lounging, dining and entertaining space.
Life will never as sweet! Take a leisurely walk along the river past your favourite bridges. The trendy, upmarket bars of Chelsea are just a stroll. The Blue Bird (of 'Made in Chelsea' fame) has a really nie bar, restaurant and outside courtyard for the footie. If you're in the mood for some cracking ribs or crab head to the 'Big Easy' - it's yum! 'New Culture Revoltution' has amazing dim sum - watch those waist bands! You're an easy 10 minute walk from Battersea Park - one of our personal favourites. Fulham Road is close by for plenty more social endeavours. There's even a cinema for when it's raining. The Phene pub on Phene Street (about 5-10 mins walk) has a lovely beer garden and great food as well as The Hollywood Arms (on Hollywood Street) where Frank Lampard likes to go after home games as it’s near the ground! Kings Road offers some great shopping. If you're on for a decent night out try 'Maggies' or 'Raffles'. 'Juju' and 'Kosmopol' each do fab cocktails - make ours a large.
