Property description
Another property under offer through Sale By Tender… 24 viewings and 3 offers. Selling your house by informal tender = top price and no commission fees. If you have been searching for your first home in Dorking but have struggled to find something in your price range then this fantastic home could be right up your street! Set slightly further out in the village of Beare Green, Dorking is easily accessible so commuters are well catered for. Once you've got home from a day in the City, relax and unwind in comfort in the good size lounge area. For all the budding chefs out there - the kitchen offers plenty of space to get stuck into some recipe books and with your own imagination and your own style you could soon create a fantastic room here. If you work from home then you will be truly spoilt with the large study area. Equally this could easily double up as a formal dining area or playroom.
If you need something where you can rent out the second bedroom, this house gets a tick for that too, thanks to both rooms being large enough to take a double bed. Likewise, a young family should be able to grow into this home with ease. If you fancy impressing your friends and family then take them outside where they can enjoy privacy and a huge amount of space that will certainly wow everyone! There is an abundance of room for the kids to play as well as a patio area where you can fire up the barbecue in the warmer weather and enjoy a glass of wine and keen gardeners will relish in this haven of outside space. Throw into the mix that there is no hassle of an onward chain to wait for and you have found yourself a very good property.
What the Owner says:
The main thing we fell in love with was the size of the garden. It was, and is, so much larger than anything else we had seen and that was the moment we were sold on this house.
Over the years of living here we came to love all the things Beare Green had to offer. There is beautiful countryside surrounding us with plenty of walks on the doorstep too.
Over and above the wonderful rural location, the train station always kept us very well connected with its direct trains into London.
