We bought this house 10 years ago - we lived in the area and wanted to stay in Capel as we really love the village, it has been a lovely place to bring up our children.
We added a conservatory in 2009 and this has been a fantastic asset as we use it every day as a dining/playroom, it is a real bonus to keep all the children's toys in one place and out of the main lounge area.
We also replaced the boiler in 2012 and have recently paved the garden.
We are now moving out of the area and are offering the house with no onward chain and we hope the new owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.
