We moved here 4 years ago and one of the main things for us was the location. It was so central, yet so peaceful at the same time, giving us the very best of both worlds. It is brilliant for walks and we regularly head out and explore the countryside. It is also incredibly convenient for getting into London with all three stations being within walking distance. Another huge bonus for us was the fact that it had parking. Since living here we have re-arranged the porch which has now created a totally useable and dry area with a new front door and somewhere warm for the dog to call home. We have also done a lot of work to the basement and it is now a brilliant room for dinner parties and has also been used as an occasional guest room.
