We bought our home "off plan" because we adored the location; we visited the sites a few times and kind of watched it being built. We especially liked the fact we are not overlooked at the front or rear.
There are good schools, some lovely parks for dog walking and of course the superb train station at East Malling that gets you into London Bridge within 50 minutes.
We shall really miss this house but it's too big for us now, so it is time to downsize.
