I have been here 40 years and it is a lovely quiet area. The neighbours are friendly and everything is on our doorstep including the train station and schools which are just a short walk away. We can jump on the train to London Victoria, Brighton, Portsmouth and Chichester and often do rather than taking the car. There is a footpath which leads into the village centre and out into the countryside and is brilliant to walk, run or cycle along and with the South Downs National Park and Kingley Vale all within easy striking distance.
The area has everything I need with a variety of shops and of course Woodmancote pub which is a brilliant experience. I hope the next owners enjoy the property and the location as much as I have
