We moved to Hayling Island from Emsworth in 1979. We wanted a home from which to start a family and bought this from new. We loved the fact that it was tucked away at the end of a cul de sac and its location on the Island. There are lovely walks either onto the Billy Line or north towards Northney. It’s only a short trip into Havant for its excellent range of shops and facilities. It proved to be a great place to bring up a family as it is very quiet with no crime or vandalism in the area. We have found the neighbourhood lovely and have spent a lot of time keeping the house to a good standard and have absolutely loved the cottage style garden over the years. I'm now on my own and have decided to spend my future years with my son and his family. I hope that the next owner enjoys it as much as we have over the last 35 years.
