The location was clearly the thing that sold it to us, Emsworth is a delightful place to live and this site is a very peaceful haven. As boat owners the proximity to the marina was a particular attraction. There are beautiful walks and the enjoyment of watching the many water birds that reside on the mill pond. since living here we have removed some large overhanging trees, erected trellis and created a large decked approach with table and seating area for outside living in the warm weather.
