Property description
Another property under offer through Sale By Tender… Selling your house by informal tender = top price and no commission fees. Often sought after but rarely found this bungalow is set in a quiet, cul-de-sac within lower River and is likely to be the perfect position for many buyers.
Even as you step inside the entrance hall you are greeted with plenty of space. You can imagine sitting out in the conservatory for those leisurely weekend breakfasts whilst looking over the pretty garden. You will have plenty of room to congregate in the lounge/diner for those get togethers with family and friends.
The front garden and driveway have been excavated in recent years providing a low maintenance garden. You will never have to worry about parking as you have space to keep the car off the road.
You can take a stroll by the scenic River Dour within a minute or two. Why not pop into the historic Water Mill for a spot of lunch.
There is plenty to do in the village and the recreation ground is nearby for your children/grand children to have a game of football or play on the swings. Kearsney Abbey is also close by where you can go and treat yourselves to a coffee and cake.
The village has its owner primary school and local shops and Kearsney train station is easy to get to. Within a few minutes by car you can be on the A2/A20.
Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances. What the Owner says:
Before the homes in this cul-de-sac were built our parents owned the land which was a farm. When my parents decided to sell the land to developers they then had first pick of the properties and this was the right one for them as 50 or so years on they have been the only ever owners.
The gas fire was only installed in 2014 and the conservatory was installed in 2007 so there should be the remainder of the guarantee left. The property has been double glazed and has gas central heating.
We all grew up here so it has proved to be a good size family home.
