We brought this home over 9 years ago. What was appealing to us was that we already owned downstairs, so having the upstairs meant we now own the whole building.

We have particularly enjoy the spacious balcony area, watching the sun set across the Channel has been a real treat. Now for us is the right time to sell as we now wish to eventually sell the whole building and down size to somewhere smaller.
