We have happily lived here for fifteen years.
We bought the property from an elderly person that had an old fashioned way of living. There was no central heating and no bathroom so we installed a full central heating system and converted the third bedroom into a bathroom. We also re-wired the property, re-plastered all the ceilings, fitted double glazed windows and built a large outbuilding for extra storage.
The only reason for moving is to down size and be on one floor. We love our home dearly and will miss our sunny rear garden and our lovely neighbours.
