This is a great place to enjoy your retirement as you always feel very safe and secure and there is always the help of a twenty four hour estate manager should you need it.
There's always lots going on to keep you amused but the flat is a very comfortable place to be when you want some time to yourself.
I particularly like this flat as it is quite close to the communal areas as well as the laundry room which has come in very handy.
