Property description
As soon as you step through the front door of this stunning property you will know that you really are in for a treat and also that no expense has been spared in creating this truly magical home.
The porch and hallway are indeed the perfect place for a warm greeting and you will notice the stunning wooden floor that runs through the majority of this house. You will soon understand why there is a "no shoes" policy in place!
The dining room is large enough for the biggest of gatherings and there are French doors which lead to a small terrace should any of your guests require a breath of fresh air.
The lounge is a light and bright place to sit in the summer months and, come winter, you will really appreciate the ingenious fireplace where you really do choose a backdrop to suit whatever the occasion.
The kitchen/breakfast room is a real chef's delight and the illuminated and specially crafted staircase will lead you upstairs to four good sized bedrooms, three of which come with hand-built integrated beds and wardrobes whilst the master also has en-suite. The spacious bathroom will not disappoint either with its eye catching rolled top bath, which will be perfect for a relaxing soak, as well as a separate shower cubicle when you really do need to just "get up and go".
What the Owner says:
We chose this house due to its location as we wanted somewhere we could really feel safe and secure.
This is a lovely cul-de-sac with excellent neighbours and there is a real sense of community, both within the close and the village which is just a few minutes walk away. Also, just up the road is Shorne Country Park which is great for exploring or if you just fancy an afternoon stroll.
We are only the second owners of this house and it was in a bit of a "time warp" when we moved in but we have totally transformed it and brought it up to date. We are particularly proud of the kitchen which is the real hub of the house and we also love our garden, which is not particularly big but is very private and great for summer barbecues.
