When we were looking to buy around 6 years ago we looked at many properties in and around Dorking. The moment we saw this apartment we knew this was the one for us. We loved the feeling of space with the high ceilings and large rooms. It's in a great location - private, quiet and tucked away off Tower Hill but it's only a short walk into the centre of town.
Around 4 years ago we updated the bathroom and shower room and also installed a new combination boiler. We have also redecorated and installed electrics in the garage.
We have had the apartment rented out but as the tenants are now leaving it is time to sell with no onward chain.
