I have really enjoyed living here. As I don't drive I have found the close proximity to local amenities has been fantastic. With supermarkets, the doctor and bank a stone's throw away I have rarely felt the need to venture further. However, the bus service from the town has served me well too!
I am now looking for a smaller property close to Dorking and I hope the new owners enjoy it here as much as I have.
