Property description
Gladstone Road is a wonderful location for a growing or established family. Just around the corner is the train station, ideal if you need to commute to London from work or like visiting the capital for days out. Better still, walk down the road and you will find yourself in Broadstairs High Street. The array of shops and services lead you down to the stunning coast line, where there are range of different restaurants and bars for you to chose from and enjoy a nice evening out.
The house itself is just as good as the location and this is immediately obvious in the lounge. The fantastic log burner fire place is the perfect centre piece to the room, whilst the Victoria tiles and wooden floorboards show off the character of this house perfectly. No only that, but there is a second sitting room/dining room where the whole family can gather around the table for dinner together. This fabulous room also benefits from a log burner fireplace so wherever you like to spend your time, it will be nice and warm.
As well as the excellent space downstairs, the upstairs has four double bedrooms to choose from, one of which has a wonderful en-suite shower room. Questions over who gets the best room will be few and far between in this house and, with the language schools located nearby, there could also be the option of taking in students.
What the Owner says:
We could not have asked for a better place to live. A place where I have been lucky to experience all that Broadstairs has to offer. The town is virtually on your doorstep, so if you need to pop to the shops for a paper or a pint of milk, it is just a short walk. We are also in the catchment area for the local schools.
During the summer months I like to sit out in the garden and enjoy the weather or walk down to the beach where I can spend the day on the sand enjoying the sunshine.
Over the past couple of years I have spent a lot of money doing the house up and making it a warm and welcoming home that someone can move straight in to and enjoy as much as I have.
