We've always had a wonderful feeling of light & space in this house, it's gardens, & Penenden Heath in general. Unlike most other similar houses it's never felt overlooked & the gardens wrap around to give us a great feeling of openness but with privacy.

Most of the time we enter from the driveway & you'd hardly know it was semi detached. A few minutes walk from the heath & woods makes our daily dog walking exercise a pleasure. We've loved it so much we have stayed 17 years & are only leaving to relocate to Spain.
