When we were looking to buy 10 years ago we viewed a number of houses but knew that this was the one as soon as we viewed. It had just been refurbished so everything was new for us to just move in with no worries.
It also seemed a quiet and pleasant place to live and has proved to be so over the years. It is certainly convenient and all the improvements along the river front have really enhanced the area. It is handy having Tesco Express just over the road and with the new shopping centre being built, shopping could not be easier. Other then decorate the only other work carried out was a rewire last year.
With an expanding family we now need more space so is time for us to move on.
