As soon as we saw this property we knew that we could refurbish this house to a really good standard. We have worked really hard and take pride in what we have achieved.

We felt that it was really important to make full use of the kitchen, so we built the utility room with all new fittings. We just want someone to buy the house and really enjoy living here.

The neighbours have been so nice to us since we have been working on the house. There is a good sense of community, but now it is time for us to update another property.
