We already know and love this area well and jumped at the chance of being able to refurbish this lovely cottage when it came up for sale. We wanted to give it a contemporary, bright and airy feel but without losing any of the character and make the most of the large garden with its fabulous views. To enhance the living space, we have remodelled and enlarged the original kitchen area/dining area and added a large feature skylight and modern vertical radiator. We re-plastered where needed, re-plumbed, fitted a new heating system, added solar panels to reduce energy consumption, replaced kitchen and bathroom suites changed all floor coverings, skirting boards, architraves and doors. We hope the new buyers will be very happy here.
