When we bought this property, we were looking for a spacious, family home in a quiet but accessible location. We immediately fell in love with the position of the plot and the peaceful area which it is situated in. We can usually drive to Reigate, Epsom, Banstead and Sutton from here in about 10 minutes and can hop on a train from Kingswood station or drive up the A217 to get to town.
We like to spend a lot of time in our peaceful garden when weather permits.
We erected a conservatory after moving in and also feel that there is plenty of potential to extend to the back of the house, subject to obtaining the usual planning permissions.
We have been happy here but feel it is time to relocate to Sussex and the coast.
