What sets this maisonette apart from the others here is that we have got our own garage and parking to the rear. It's great because it provides enough space for two cars as we also park in front of our garage.
In recent months I have renewed the boiler and with the property being within walking distance of Brentwood High Street it's really convenient if you want to go out in town and not have to drive home at the end of the night.
Also being on the first floor it's great to have that extra storage space in the loft.
