Woodingdean is a great area for schooling and enjoys a great sense of community. Brighton seafront is only a couple of miles away and the buses run a regular service in and out of town and up to Brighton station.

There are a variety of local shops in the village and you have Asda in the Marina for the monthly shop, along with a cinema, restaurants, bars and a Bowlplex - great for all the family.

The house is now too large for me and I am ready to move close to the rest of my family.
