I have lived in Woodingdean for many years and particularly enjoy the local countryside and of course being close to the sea.

I love the area, it is nice and quiet, the neighbours are really friendly and getting in and out of Brighton is never a problem.

It is now time for me to relocate, I shall be sorry to leave my home and hope the new owners enjoy living here as much as I have.
