We have always been happy here. We feel it's a very comfortable house, always nice to come home to. We love the peace and quiet, but also the fact we live in Rottingdean. The annexe/bungalow is also very nice with lovely views to the downs, my son and mother have both lived there at different occasions and really enjoyed it, but have both moved on for different reasons.

As for the village of Rottingdean, it is so friendly, the two village halls always provide activities so is a great place to meet people, with five pubs, a coffee house and all the local shops. It is handy for all your needs.
