When I first bought this property back in 2007 it was perfect for what I was looking for.

Location wise it was ideal as everything is within walking distance or a short car journey. Walking to the station in the morning was very safe, even when it was dark, as it was a route shared by many commuters.

Being on the top floor I had that extra feeling of security.

What was a huge bonus about this apartment was the storage. The large loft space was handy for any extra boxes or suitcases.
