I moved into this property, 18 years ago, as a tenant. Very quickly I appreciated its qualities. It is in a quiet location yet close to all the amenities. It offers a good space but is easy to manage, especially since I have had double glazing fitted and have made improvements to the soffits, fascias and gutters. When I had the chance to purchase the property, I had no hesitation in taking up the offer.

I will have fond memories of my home and will miss my neighbours. Although I have now decided to upgrade to a larger property, my intention is to remain in Southwater. I hope my successors will be as happy as I have been at this property.
