We were looking In and around the Horsham area as this was perfect for work and still within relatively easy reach of our extended family. After looking at a number of properties we eventually found one in Barns green and we were about the go for that one when we got a call about this property which sounded to good to be true so we came to see it. This threw a real spanner in the works as it was a similar price to the one in Barns Green but was so much bigger and on top of that it was right in the heart of Southwater.
After sleepless night we decided to buy this property and have been extremely happy for the last 13 years. It will be shame to leave but we have decided to move closer to our children and grandchildren.
