This land is situated approximately three quarter’s of a mile to the west of the small village of Dobwalls, in South East Cornwall. The market town of Liskeard, regarded as the administrative centre of South East Cornwall, is approximately three miles distant, offering an extensive range of facilities which one would expect of a town of this size including a parish church, chapels, shopping centre, fortnightly livestock market, leisure centre and a mainline railway station, with a branch line to Looe.
