I'm torn in selling my home as I will miss my maisonette. When I moved in I was a single lady with the usual considerations, feeling secure and safe, having enough room for clothes and shoes and space to relax and entertain friends and family.

Most of the properties I visited had poor natural light and limited space. I also love the fact that there is a window in the kitchen and bathroom. I moved out a while ago when I got married, and was torn about selling so decided to rent out for a while. It has been a great rental property. I'm selling now as life goes on but know it will be snapped up for the same reasons I bought it.
