When we first walked through the door here, we instantly knew this house was for us.

It did need a huge amount of work at the time and we could see we had a lot to do but the potential made it perfect for us. It was a labour of love and we wanted to get a good balance of a modern finish but still with a cottage-style feel, which we believe we have achieved.

This was our first family home and we will really miss living here but its off to pastures new.

We hope that the new owners appreciate our enhancements.
