I bought this bungalow many years ago now and enjoyed living here for a few years. More recently I have had the property rented out giving me a great investment. I have always been undecided how to get the most out of the floor space as there is some bonus space between the lounge and dining areas and the double bedroom. It could be redesigned, adding a second bedroom or maybe a home office.

I really love the garden as it feels like your own area to unwind. With no neighbours overlooking, you can enjoy the outdoors in privacy. I know there are some things that can be done to make this property more homely but it’s better to leave this to the next lucky owner.
