The town is located on the Waveney River which is a gateway to the Broads network. Directions
Head out of Beccles town centre via Blyburgate. Take the 3rd left onto Ingate. At the traffic lights turn right into Ellough Rd. Continue onto Benacre Rd. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Benacre Rd, continue to follow this road into Hulver and onto Hulver Street where the property is situated on the right.
