The location here is excellent, there are great schools for all ages within walking distance therefore making the area very family orientated.

There is also easy access into Brighton centre and the bus routes are incredibly handy if you don't feel like driving. I bought the house twenty years ago and it has been rented ever since, admittedly it needs some love and attention but anyone who knows the area will surely be able to visualise just what a great family house this could be.

With no onward chain at my end either, the buyer won't have any delays with me having to find another property!
