We didn't really know the area when we first viewed the flat but quickly realised it would suit us down to the ground. The floor plan and size in general was better than some smaller houses that we had seen and quickly realised we'd rather be on a lovely road in a flat than a house in a not-so-nice location. Another flat was for sale in the block when we bought this one, but we preferred this one due to the greener outlook and it felt much brighter with its southerly aspect.

Transport links are also great, important for us as we don't currently have a car and Sainsbury's down the road has been a lifesaver! We are looking to upsize to a house now the twins are getting older, but this has been a very happy family flat!
