When we originally bought our home 15 years ago, both of us were immediately taken aback with the sheer size of the house. Having young children meant lots of very good sized bedrooms were needed for all of the family.
We had planned on converting the large cellar into a games room for the kids but by the time we had finished the rest of the house they had flown the nest!
One of the things we most enjoyed about the area was taking the children to the great local parks. Blakers Park with it's sea views is a great space for children to let off steam and Preston Park provided hours of entertainment.
We will be sorry to leave the house but it really is too big for just the two of us!
