We have lived in the house for 45 happy years. We have made alterations and have always maintained the house to a high standard. We have a very large terraced back garden with 2 lawns and mature trees and shrubs. There is a choice of two master bedrooms, one of which can easily be made into an en suite by adding a door. Situated at the top of the cul de sac with a large turning circle, it is very quiet and feels very safe.
We are in a particularly green area, close to several parks. We are close to good schools and just a few minutes from bus and tram to Manchester and Bury.
We have really loved living here but with 6 grandchildren in the South of England, we feel its time to move on and hand over to a new family.
