St. Leonards Equitation Centre was established by the current owners around 38 years ago and has, for over 33 years been a recognised BHS Approved Riding Centre providing lessons for all ages from the newest beginner to Olympic Medallists. St. Leonards occupies a pretty setting just east of the town of Launceston, the ancient capital of Cornwall and just a few hundred yards from the river Tamar boundary with Devon.

Launceston provides an excellent range of social, commercial, educational and shopping facilities as does the town of Tavistock approximately 12.5 miles distant.

The main A30 dual carriageway lies within a mile of the property and gives excellent access west into Cornwall and east to the city of Exeter which provides intercity rail link, M5 motorway link and international airport.

The city port of Plymouth with continental ferry port is within easy striking distance as is the open moorland of Dartmoor National Park, Bodmin Moor and the north coast.
