Property description

If you are looking for a family home then your search could be over. This 1930's house offers so much. The kitchen and dining room have been opened up into one room creating a light and airy space, which will be the hub of the home and when you want to rest up for the evening you can relax in the cosy lounge.

The addition of a conservatory provides even more space and allows you to enjoy the spring/summer evenings whilst you relax and admire your garden.

If all this wasn't enough the icing on the cake is the double garage and additional off road parking to the rear. So no searching the streets for that illusive parking space. If you don't need the garage for your car it could be utilised as perhaps a gym, playroom, office or whatever suits your needs.

It is situated only 1 mile from the Town Centre with a good range of shops and complemented by a busy market on a Saturday and Monday.

If you are a fitness fan then you'll love the Medway Park Leisure Centre with a great range of facilities and classes and if you commute to London, you can jump on a train and be there within 40-45 minutes.

All in all a great family house waiting to become your home.

What the Owner says:

When we were looking to buy 16 years ago we lived in Gillingham, so we knew the area. We were moving from a small Victorian terraced house and wanted a better area and lots more space. We identified Sunnymead Avenue as a quiet and pleasant place to live and have not been disappointed. We have really enjoyed living here but now my job takes us away and it is time to sell.
One of the biggest attractions of the house to us was the garage and parking in addition to the rear garden. We love the sun and we certainly get plenty of it, when the sun does shine.
