Just up the road we have Epping Forest and the boating lake at Hollow ponds.

Coming home from the station or Walthamstow Village at 1 in the morning after nights out is no problem. The transport links are great by public transport plus we always get a seat on the train and the tube! There is easy car access to A406, A12,M11

We also have friendly and considerate neighbours. Homes rarely become available here as its a great place to live.
