When I bought this flat 5 years ago I was looking for space and location, as soon as I walked in I knew this was the place for me.
The size of the apartment was bigger than anything else I had seen on the market with only a short walk to Sutton station, which really appealed to me as I get the train every day to and from work.
After updating my flat to what it is today it will be really sad to leave what has been a wonderful home. I leave some fantastic neighbours and what has been the perfect starter property for me. Now the next step on the property ladder awaits, I leave hoping the next owner is as happy as I have been here.
