The first thing that really impressed us when we walked into the apartment was its size. We had seen others on our property search but none that were as large as this one. Once we went outside to the balcony and saw the magnificent views over the park our minds were made up and we had to make it ours.

It has been a wonderful investment for us throughout our ownership, whether it was us enjoying the space and living here or letting the property out. It is now the right time in our lives to let the property go but we are selling knowing that the next owner will have an excellent property.
