When we were first looking to buy we just could not find a property to suit our needs. The properties were either too small or not in the right sort of location. When Brighton Road came up it was such an easy choice as it was far bigger than even the houses we were viewing. What really sealed the deal was that it was in a location that we always dreamed about, being in a convenient Purley road and within striking distance to the station and town centre with all the excellent amenities at hand.
It will be a sad when it comes to handing over the keys to the new owners but we hope they enjoy the property as much as we have.
