What we have found with this house is a great amount of space inside and out. It's such a convenient location, being only a few minutes walk from the station, this makes getting to London or the South coast a breeze, the local golf and tennis clubs are also a brief walk away.
We have also enjoyed strolls/bike rides on the North downs which is only a few minutes drive away as well. The garage works really well for storing the bikes with its separate access.
During the summer months, we spend many evenings catching the last rays of sun, watching the sun go down. Having had some great times here we just hope the new owners enjoy it as much as we have.
