This has been a great family home, the living space is vast and offers us great flexibility to utilise the rooms in the way that work for us. We love the fact that most of the rooms open up into the garden meaning we can watch the children splashing around in the pool.

The location is great, set up the back of Peacehaven, we have easy access onto the downs and we love taking the dogs for a walk over Telscombe Village and down into Rodmell if we're feeling adventurous.
The is a local bus service that runs close by meaning if we fancy popping into the vibrant town of Brighton and Hove without the car for some afternoon lunch and a glass of wine its hassle free.
