My family and I have loved living here, the location is fantastic, I often sit in the garden on a warm summer's night with a glass of wine as the sun sets.
The house itself is great with plenty of space and flexibility. I love entertaining here and the neighbours are all lovely.
There are bus routes and local amenities at the bottom of the road and the train station is within walking distance so getting to and from Brighton is never too difficult.
This is a really lovely family home that has provided us with many happy memories and I hope whoever buys it the house will create many happy memories of their own.
