We bought this house approximately 17 years ago. It has been a fantastic family home for us. At the time when we purchased it we had a 21ft fishing boat so it was essential that we could safely park this around the back into the large garage.
We wanted a house that was close to local schools and had plenty of space for all of our children to enjoy. It has been important for us to have flexibility with the living rooms for large family events. One Christmas we managed to fit 18 people around the table for dinner and, on many summer occasions, we have held BBQ's for 30 to 40 people.
The loft conversion was something that we added to create even more family space and another good size bedroom with a dressing area.
