We bought this house 7 years ago as we had jobs in Dover at the time. We chose this house, although it needed lots of work at the time, because it was the best size house that we had seen compared to others in a similar price range and we wanted the space.

The house has been a real labour of love. We have installed a new kitchen and bathroom suite, replaced the electrics and all the walls and ceilings.

In recent years our jobs have taken us out of Dover and we decided the rent the house out. It has now become apparent that we won't be coming back so we feel that now is the time for someone else to benefit from our hard work.
