When I first saw this home my mind was bursting with ideas on how to bring it back to life. I have completely refurbished it from top to bottom to create a lovely home for either a first time buyer or a retiree.
I think the location is spot on as it is so close to the village that a car is not necessary yet it has that cul-de-sac sense of peace and tranquility. The cellar is another great bonus as in my opinion you can never have too much storage space. I can imagine the new owners having lots of garden parties as the direction of the sun means it is flooded with light.
